20+ Great Movies for Halloween (something for everyone)

So, I love Halloween and Halloween movies…

First, October is rad because the leaves start to change and + my birthday is smack in the middle of the month – but I just celebrated becoming 1/4-century old so I feel ancient. But beside that, October has Halloween, fall leaves, crisp weather, and the start of pumpkin pie for every meal, and an excuse to scare yourself with a bunch of Halloween movies.

And you can celebrate Halloween alllll month long by watching some of the best Halloween movies out there.

This is my list of some of my favorite Halloween movies to watch anytime in October. Some are family-friendly Halloween movies, some are creepy, some are funny, some are gory – but GOOD – because I can’t stand gory without some kind of good storyline, with twists and all that, and others are more suspense-oriented.

These are obviously not all the Halloween movies out there, but these are some of my absolute favorites.

Enjoy! Happy Halloween!
